Manager – Commercial, Residential & Architectural Structures

Luke is a Structural Engineer leading the Commercial team and holds extensive experience and expertise in building science and legislative requirements of the New Zealand construction industry including consultancy and local government consenting  With a strong background in applying technological solutions to solve problems, Luke is also responsible for the firm’s technological efficiency and effectiveness.

Luke is an accomplished engineer focused on innovative and efficient structural solutions, which suit the aspirations of the client and design team.  Luke’s emphasis on producing project-specific and cost-effective designs that meet stringent architectural and economic constraints has assist in  many successful projects.

His experience is highly diversified, with extensive experience in retail, office and mixed-use commercial projects, education and health care facilities, residential and social housing, multi-storey  buildings (his passion, industrial warehousing and infrastructure developments. Luke is experienced in large-scale projects and has delivered projects in excess of $300 million.

Known for his creative structural solutions, Luke uses his collaborative approach to every problem with an emphasis on client service and budget.  His strength in meticulous attention to detail ensures designs and materials are suitable for the structure and high-level communication and organisational skills ensures on time delivery.
