Lyttelton Port Projects
Callum has acted for Lyttelton Port in a programme manager role to establish the project management office and teams for the earthquake rebuild of the LPC assets ($500M).
These complex insurance related projects required guiding the consents through a CERA recovery plan, managing the in-house project management office and many design teams on a variety of structures including container wharves, pavements, major buildings, the oil terminal, a major reclamation and finger jetties.

Detailed Engineering Evaluations
CERA require all building owners to carry out detailed engineering evaluations (DEE) of their buildings. As a Chartered Engineer, Callum is already completing these for proactive clients.

Orange Zone Survey for CERA
Requested to assist on an urgent basis to carry out a topographic survey of all the orange zone, Callum project managed 12 different survey companies engaged from his contacts throughout the South Island as most Christchurch based companies were too busy. The survey coordination required extensive coordination for quality control and delivery and the 10,000 properties were completed in record time of 2 weeks.
