KEY PROJECTS & ACHIEVEMENTS

• Lead Structural Engineer & Team Manager, Ministry of Social Development Building, Ministry of Social Development, 2017 – 2021: A new $25 million purpose-built three-storey government office building in Napier. Three storeys above a partially in-ground basement carpark and a  gross floor area of 6,700m2

• Lead Structural Engineer & Team Manager, Napier City Council Municipal Building and Library Seismic Assessment, Napier City Council, 2017 – 2021: Detailed Seismic Assessments were completed using the 2017 seismic assessment guidelines (in draft form at the time) for a four-story building and  five-story building connected by a suspended multistorey link bridge.  The outcomes were significant for the community leading to improved seismic resilience and involving redevelopment of Napier City Council Civic administration property

• Lead Structural Engineer, Hustler New Factory and Office, Hustler Smart Manufacturing, 2017 – 2019: Structural design of a new 6,200m2 farming equipment factory building and adjoining 900m2 offices including a 380m2 mezzanine first floor. The new factory serves both domestic and foreign farming communities by producing new farming machinery and equipment
