THE BRIEF
Strata Group was engaged alongside Apollo Projects to support the delivery of new facilities at Kuranui College in Greytown. The project involved the development of a new gymnasium and associated spaces designed to provide modern, flexible facilities for students, staff and the wider community. Delivered within an active school environment, the project required careful coordination and a practical approach to both design and construction.

THE SOLUTION
Strata worked closely with the wider consultant and contractor team to support the successful delivery of the new facilities, with a strong focus on practicality, coordination and buildability throughout the project. Key considerations included:

  • Construction staging and site access requirements (TBC)

  • Efficient construction methodologies (TBC)

  • Long-term functionality and performance of the facility

THE OUTCOME
The new facility is now complete and in active use by Kuranui College, providing a modern and future-focused space that supports sport, learning and wider community use. The completed project is a strong example of collaborative project delivery, with practical problem-solving and communication playing a key role throughout the process.
