THE BRIEF
Hustler Smart has been a significant contributor to the local primary sector since 1961. The family business has evolved into a key player in enhancing on-farm efficiencies through cutting-edge farming machinery. Faced with the need for expansion, Hustler engaged Strata to design a new factory building to advance the production of their world-class farming products for both domestic and foreign farming communities.

THE CHALLENGE
The challenge was to seamlessly merge operational and manufacturing aspects into a functional facility that not only served the company’s needs but also reflected the excellence of Hustler Smart’s products. The building needed to be both practical and visually appealing, creating a welcoming space for clients to experience the quality of Hustler’s farming machinery.

THE OUTCOME
A 6,200m² state-of-the-art factory including 900m² of offices and a mezzanine first floor. Collaborating with architects in design of the office area, the design not only met functionality requirements but also enhanced the building’s aesthetic appeal. Completed to high standards, on time, and within budget, this facility positions Hustler Smart for continued growth in both local and international markets.
